If you’re looking to sink your teeth into a fun-to-read romp, look no further than Meg Cabot’s Insatiable.
Vampires! Meena Harper, who does not believe in them—and is, in fact, sick of hearing about them—has now been told to add a storyline about the bloodlusting night prowlers to the soap opera she writes. To be truthful, Meena shouldn’t be skeptical; she has some supernatural ability herself. So when she meets her neighbor’s tall, dark, handsome nephew—Lucien Antonescu, a professor visiting from, you guessed it, Romania—Meena bites. And it’s a good thing, too, since Lucien has come to Manhattan to stop one of his kind, a dangerous rogue, who’s been choosing among the city’s women to slake his insatiable thirst....

This is my first Meg Cabot and it won't be the last. The story was entertaining and hard to put down. Had a good mix of humor and action. Loved Jack Baur. Lucien wasn't half bad either. The ending sounds like there's a sequel in the works. Looking forward to it.

After reading the twilight series it has been very hard to find books to read, because tome they set the bar. I have to say this book was really good. It funny, serious, adventorous and brought yet another way to look at vampires. Even better there's suppose to be a sequel and I can hardly wait. I couldn't put the book down. I would highly recommend it!

This was my first time to read Meg Cabot and I was very entertained. She has a great style and I loved the characters. She made them all very real and it feels like you know them all by the end of the book.
