Father and daughter battle multiple strains of religious extremism in the Robert K. Tanenbaum thriller Bad Faith. District Attorney Butch Karp is assigned to prosecute a couple who, under the influence of a fanatical preacher, allowed their son to die rather than seek medical treatment. And the case takes an even more troubling turn when Karp’s wife, Marlene Ciampi, plumbs the preacher’s unholy past.
Meanwhile, anti-terrorism agent Lucy Karp finds herself fighting side-by-side with the captured Russian assassin Nadya Malvolo, who is helping to bring down an Islamist terror plot in exchange for her freedom. But Nadya has secret connections with a mysterious order, the Sons of Man—who are determined to destroy the Karp family.

I did not like the terrorism part of the story at all. It just wasn't interesting to me. The main story was pretty cut and dried to me about the "faith healing" preacher. Just not all that good. I would not recommend it.
